Brazil Survey: 68% of Brazilians Use AI Everyday But Only 31% Have Formal Access and Training at Work—And They Want More

Read AI recently took the pulse of Brazilian knowledge workers to better understand the state of AI at work in one of our fastest-growing markets. Then we traveled to Rio to connect with customers and thought leaders, and see the enthusiasm first hand.

Brazil Survey Insights:

What we found is that 68% of professionals already use AI tools at least once a day, and the vast majority is eager for more: 

• 90% of Brazilian workers believe AI will improve their effectiveness at work and 84% say they’re excited about the future of work with AI as a tool. 
• 39% are self-trained; 31% get training at work
• Affordability, accessibility, and transparency were cited by 84% of respondents as the top criteria when selecting AI solutions. 
• For many, it's also about whether the solution adds real value—79% believe that if AI doesn't, it's just a distraction.
