Meeting policy, aggregated meeting metrics by team and overall, ability to customize Read Assistant’s name and add your logo, and robust settings and permissions to manage how users can access reporting
In your Workspace Settings navigate to the “Settings” tab and select “Read Assistant” from the menu. Here you can choose what the Assistant displays; just the name, logo (that you upload), or meeting metrics. You can also update the name from the default “Meeting Analytics from Read” to a custom name of your choice.
At the top of the Workspace Overview, Dashboard, Meeting Manager, and Meeting Report pages you will find dropdowns that allow you to aggregate by Organization and Team. You can even drill down to the individual level if your user settings allow you to do so.
Read provides full control over which users can access different aspects of the Workspace’s meeting analytics. This is done by assigning each user in your Workspace a role (User, Manager, Admin) and then configuring the Workspace Permissions (found under Workspace Settings) for each role.
In the Meeting Policy you can find the best days of week and times of day to have a meeting. There are additional breakouts by meeting size and duration so you can determine the best day, time, and size of meeting you should have. All of the breakouts can be looked at by Read Score, Engagement, Sentiment, and On-time rate.
