September 19, 2023

Today, Read is excited to announce that Meeting Notetaker is one of the inaugural Google Meet add-on apps. Meeting Notetaker by Read AI elevates real-time note-taking with seamless integration into Google Meet as an add-on application launched within the Meet experience.

Meeting Notetaker organizes your meeting notes, topics, action items, and key questions all in one place for easy reference and sharing. Google Meet add-on app allows for seamless in-meeting collaboration with a shared canvas accessible to all participants in one centralized location that helps you leverage the wisdom of crowds.

“We’re excited to be a launch partner and provide Meeting Notetaker as a Google Meet add-on,” said David Shim, Co-Founder and CEO of Read AI. “Google Meet has been one of our fastest growing video conferencing platforms for Read, and the opportunity to create a more integrated experience with add-ons is a clear win for all users. Meeting notes are no longer single player, but multiplayer, allowing all meeting participants to contribute to shared notes.”

Read Meeting Notetaker Features:

  • Enhanced collaboration:  Allows all meeting attendees to actively participate in creating a comprehensive meeting report with topics, action items, and questions.
  • Private Notes:  Switch to “Private mode” and take notes that only you can see. Switch back to public notes at any time.
  • Easy to access Meeting Report:  Automatically generates a report after the meeting concludes and gives access to all collaborators.
  • Seamless Integration:  In-meeting, Read is seamlessly integrated as a Google Meet add-on.
